REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

1) RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try out your purchases in the comfort of your own home and in case you need to return them, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return your product. The costumer is liable for shipping costs to the headquarters. Foreign customers are liable for taxes and duties. Please make sure your items is returned new, unused and with all original Paulita Errázuriz product labels. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 2) RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

If you need to return or exchange your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to organize and manage your exchange or return. Follow these steps to return your purchase: Send an email to info@paulitaerrazuriz.com indicating your purchase number. If Paulita Errázuriz gives you the authorization to return the product, you must answer the email indicating the shipping company and the tracking number of the product to the following address: Augusto Leguia Norte 100, Of 1201. Las Condes, Chile. 7550155 Once the items are received, Paulita Errázuriz will send an email confirming receipt and acceptance of the request, if it meets the return policy. To ensure that your return is covered by our return policy, please send it back from the same country in which it was delivered. Orders sent from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed at customs. You may cancel your return at any time but we are not liable for it. Please email info@paulitaerrazuriz.com immediately if you intend to do so.

3) REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as a store credit. If your order has been shipped to a destination outside of Chile, freight, customs duties and sales tax are not refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim duties on returned goods. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to show up on your account due to different processing times between payment providers.

4) MINIMUMS OF ACCEPTANCE

All items must be returned new, unused and with all original Paulita Errázuriz product labels. Returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
